No Verification of Users
We do not perform background checks, identity verification (other than the optional verified-member badge), criminal history checks, or health screening on our Users. The presence of any User on the Platform is not an endorsement by us.
Meetings Are at Your Own Risk
Any decision to meet another User in person is made entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your safety, your choices, and any outcome of any meeting. GuysTouch is not responsible for, and accepts no liability for, anything that happens between Users — online or offline.
No Money Exchange
The Platform is strictly non-commercial. Any payment, gift, tip, or compensation between Users in exchange for meeting, touch, massage, or companionship is prohibited and may result in account termination.
Safety Tips
- Meet in a public place first whenever possible
- Tell a friend where you are going and with whom
- Trust your instincts — leave at any time
- Verify the person matches their profile photos
- Never share financial information or send money to other Users
- Report suspicious or abusive Users via the in-app report tool
